The key purpose of this role is to create and maintain Master Data in Oracle MDM and EBS, keeping data quality & integrity within the systems.

Your tasks will be as a Master Data Entry Junior: 

·         Responsible for entering and validating in Oracle MDM & EBS data received from the business in the relevant MDM Template

·         Make sure that all mandatory data for each data element is created or updated as per MDM Templates

·         Ensure accurate data in the Oracle aligned with the respective check list available

·         Only process requests received with complete information provided by the business, adhering to the company’s standard operating procedures for master data creation, for items, suppliers and customers

·         Support root cause analyses and provide solutions and implement improvements. 

·         Execute mass uploads in Oracle MDM, as required

·         Support Master Data Analysts to update attributes in Items, Suppliers and Customer Master Data related to project implementations

·         Extract Master Data Reports from Oracle as per business requests

Requirements: 

·         Diploma in administration, business or equivalent 

·         6 months - 1 year internship experience in ERP system 

·         Ability to work with Microsoft Teams and Outlook 

·         Good Excel skills 

·         Understanding of Master Data principles is an advantage 

·         Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members  

·         Fluency in English and Hungarian
