As a Master Data Team Lead you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of Master Data activities.

Your tasks will be as a Master Data Team Lead: 

·         Organize and delegate master data requests throughout the team

·         Ensure all request of data creation and updates are executed within the agreed timeline

·         Oversee the development, management, and reporting of Master Data performance metrics/KPIs

·         Ensure training and development for the team members.

·         Have backup and rotation plans in place to ensure business runs smoothly in holidays and absence periods

·         Oversee the implementation of projects and process improvements providing trustful deadlines

·         Working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure integrity and compliance of processes.

·         Support and educate internal stakeholders in Master Data processes in accordance with company policies and procedures

·         Executing regular data quality checks, making sure all data is processed are followed as per working Instructions

·         Drive root cause analyses and provide solutions and implement improvements

·         Execute mass uploads in Oracle MDM and perform updates in Oracle MDM and EBS whenever   needed

Requirements: 

·         Diploma in Administration, Business or equivalent

·         3+ years in leading teams

·         3+ years of relevant experience in Master Data

·         Proficiency in Excel

·         Oracle ERP (EBS and MDM) system knowledge and understanding of Master Data principles is an advantage 

·         Good communication skills (verbal and written)

·         Fluency in English and Hungarian
