The Accounts Payable Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of AP business activities.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of AP Experience, people management experience, and fluent English and Hungarian knowledge.

Your tasks will be as an AP Manager:
- Support team members to understand AP processes and systems.
- Ensure AP transactional activities are delivered with a high standard of service by the AP team.
- Issue resolution when dealing with internal users and external suppliers, with a focus on agility, accountability, and outstanding communication.
- Working closely with key internal customers to ensure integrity and compliance of processes.
- Oversee the development, management, and reporting of AP performance metrics/KPIs.
- Oversee the standardization and harmonization of key AP transactional processes.
- Oversee the implementation of agreed system and process improvements.
- Support and educate internal users in navigating AP processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and improve stakeholder relationships by ensuring high exposure to the business.
- Act as point of contact for team members for escalated issues connected with AP processes and employee’s development.
- Ensure training and development for the team members.
- Assessing the effectiveness of change management initiatives implemented and provide feedback on the effectiveness to team members
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- 3+ years in leading Accounts Payable teams
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with suppliers.
- Fluency in English
