I’m currently searching for a Proven PayRoller who is available immediately to cover to a period of 4 weeks and you will be joining the HR team based in Cheshire
Paying £10.25 - £12.25 depending on experience.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
 
In this fast paced role you will responsible for providing HR, payroll, compensation and benefits support.

You will support with the management of the relationships between the client and the external payroll provider to ensure payroll services are processed according to the agreed service levels.

You will be part of the wider HR team and will work closely with the current HR advisors and HR Generalists and working closely with the Finance department to ensure necessary information is available and support pro-active financial processing of payroll information.

Duties Include

•HR and payroll administration, workforce administration and compliance activities
•Case management and issues resolution with employees and payroll provider
•Provision of MI to support the administration of pay reviews and benefits administration
•Provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures
•Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels
•Ability to work to deadlines and within defined standards
•Standard letters, communication and reports
•Tracking, monitoring and managing service outsource payroll providers performance through SLAs and issue resolution
•Lead and participate in continuous improvement and development projects in order to simplify, optimise, administrate and implement processes, practices and policies.
•HR administration including electronic and paper personnel file management, employee lifecycle communication, new hires, changes, leavers
•Production and analysis of monthly reporting, and provision of data in support of internal and external audits.
