What you will be doing:
• Supporting the AP and GL Accountants’ daily work
• Ensure administrative tasks in Excel
• Invoice handling
• Archiving documents: ensure a good filing system to create transparency for the Finance team
• Cooperate with different departments
• Keep in touch with the Shared Service Centre in Poland
• Participate in financial projects
• Ad hoc tasks
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Economic related studies or 1-2 years’ relevant experience
• Stable working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English
• Good communication skills
• Team player who can also work autonomously
• Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
