My client is an international manufacturer of equipment in the printing industry. They have been leaders in their industry for over 160 years, they are a company with a long tradition but stand for quality and viability. They are looking for a bubbly, up-beat Customer Service Agent to join their Consumables Sales Team.

In your role as a Customer Service Agent you will Deal with enquiries and orders by telephone and email for consumable products, and the processing of these requests quickly and efficiently
Also develop long term customer relationships by providing consistent quality service and and manage customer expectations
Be a team player and proactively contribute to the team
Undertake Ad-Hoc duties and implement Sales / Service Support to ensure provision of agreed service levels to customers
The Consumables Customer Service Agent must be tactful and diplomatic; able to use their own initiative, and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization. A pleasant telephone manner and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential as well as having a flexible attitude and a real determination to succeed. Previous familiarity with SAP is desirable.
