Title: Customer Service Agent
An exciting new opportunity has arose for a candidate to join a successful contact centre in Colchester on a permanent basis, my client are looking for a customer service agent to start immediately.
The Customer Service Agent will predominantly work within a specific Contact Centre which handles inbound and outbound calls in relation to service issues and customer complaints. The department also handles customer contacts via the web and email and completes any associated administration
The Agent is required to function as an active team member with a strong focus on customer service, dispute resolution and mediation, quality and productivity

Main Duties:
• Attend to calls OR emails professionally
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Enter customer information accurately
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Ensures the daily task list is completed
• Assists with training where necessary

• Takes responsibility for customer issues and delivers an outstanding level of customer service Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Customer service experience
• Good data entry/keyboard skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes

Key features:
• Salary : Minimum Wage - £14,560 - £16,286
• Hours for this role are on a rota of Monday – Sunday 09.00 – 19.00
• Permanent opportunities
