Our client is seeking a confident and bright Administrator to join their Life Insurance processing team. Working in a busy and exciting role you will be required to provide exemplary customer service and carry out associated administration tasks to support the sales process.

Basic salary for this post is £18,000 plus discretionary performance-related bonus.

Previous experience gained in a sales progression roles is desirable, Insurance could be beneficial but by no means essential


Key duties will include;

working on the Processing Team you will be required to deal with the processing of all Life Insurance applications post-appointment.

This is a dual role where you will also be involved in “sales” progression, i.e. speaking with clients, solicitors and developers chasing exchange of contracts on client’s purchases.

- Checking and processing details onto the system
- Carry out all associated administrative tasks
- Provide advice and guidance
- Respond to emails
- Corresponding with clients and a variety of professionals.


Key skills required for the role will include;

- Excellent Customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and Administrative skill set
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong IT - Full Microsoft Office experience
- Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
- Enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work in a team and autonomously taking responsibility for your work

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
