My client is a well established company based in West Sussex, they are seeking a candidate looking to take their Finance experience to a different level - the role is a Finance Software Advisor you will be supporting and advising customers utilising your experience in accounts and book keeping processes.

You will be joining a friendly support team giving advice to customers helping them get the best out of Accounting software. This role is a fantastic opportunity to use your existing Accounting knowledge as well as develop extra knowledge and skills through great training and support.

The key responsibilities include:

• Answering telephone and email support calls in order to resolve:
• Queries regarding the use of a range of products.
• Data issues and identify program issues.
• General trouble shooting requests.
• Using remote access software applications to investigate customer problems.
• Testing new software features.
• Reporting to the Support Services Manager.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate:

• Experience in accounting software systems.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.
• Basic understanding of VAT.
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
• A positive, enthusiastic approach.
• The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative.
• An ability to distinguish between urgent and non-urgent issues.
• The ability to think logically in order to resolve customer queries.
