Job summary:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of roles and functions
• Partner with the business and HR Business Partners to understand business requirements, develop sourcing plans and guiding them through the recruitment process
• Organizing and conducting screenings, interviews, assessments, selection and hiring candidates- nurturing and maintaining the candidate relationship throughout
• Developing talent pools to create sustainable talent pipeline by continuous networking and building relationships with appropriate candidate communities
• Understanding the Hungarian labor market, different workforce segments and positions within these segments, as well as the skills, competencies, and experiences necessary for success.
• Contributing to recruitment projects and events to develop functionality capability
• Building, maintaining & developing the company’s Employer Brand

• University or college degree – ongoing studies are also fine in case you can work 40 hours/week
• 2+ years previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing and phone-screening
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced verbal and written English language skills
• Result oriented, proactive, creative and customer focused approach
• Previous working experience with ATS (applicant tracking systems) is required
