Job summary:
• End-to-end coordination of recruitment projects from position briefing to extending offers in various fields
• Consultation with the relevant hiring managers about the openings
• Headhunting potential candidates directly using different platforms and techniques and posting job ads
• Conducting personal and online interviews
• Administration of recruitment and reporting duties
• Managing external partners
• Taking part in creating the recruitment strategy
• Other, ad hoc HR-related tasks

Requirements:
• Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency background is a plus)
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Sourcing experience
• Great communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Can-do attitude
