What you will be doing:
• Document the learnings/SOP and get the SOPs reviewed with the TLs
• Handling day to day Calls/emails/chat in PTP Helpdesk
• Ensure to respond to calls/emails/chats with appropriate solution within the timeframe
• Peer reviews of transactions completed
• Propose potential improvement opportunities
• Assist team embers in completing their daily assignments
• Identify compliance and/or training challenges
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English languages
• Have relevant work experience in Customer Service (Procurement/Accounts Payable/Source to Settle/Contact Centre)
• Have University or College degree
• Are open to work in shifts
• Have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
• Are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
