What you will be doing:
• Analyze and explain variations in actual street pricing v. strategic targets
• Analyze third-party data sell-through and sell-out unit volume and pricing applying data tools for Context, NPD, IDC, Gap, Stackline, and Keepa
• Interpret price/value relationships among Lexmark v. competitive set by global geography and recommend price actions where necessary
• Quantify the gross margin impact of actual price/volume/mix results v. plan
• Evaluate channel PTM mix and contributions to gross margin maximization
• Maintain price promotion calendars and expected weighted average net promo prices
• Drive preparation and discussion for monthly pricing review meetings
• Interaction with Product Marketing, 4PL Marketing, Geography Pricing, Geography FP&A, and Geography Sales
Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• Education – BS/BA in Finance or Business discipline
• Requires superior knowledge of the company’s financial databases, including data extraction
• Strong analytical skills in financial and pricing analytics with focus on P&L development
• Excellent communication (written, presentation, and verbal) skills
• Ability to work across functions/geographies to gather information.
• Requires high level of proficiency in Excel, Power BI
• Ability to quickly learn new analytical tools
• Flexibility to take on a wide variety of projects
