Our multinational partner company is looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst, which is a developing professional role. This colleague deals with most problems in day-to-day payroll operations, independently, and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.

What you will be doing:
• Responsible for day-to-day payroll operations for a set of assigned countries
• Create and implements internal procedures and business requirements
• Create and manage the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications
• Interpret data and make recommendations
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation
• Managing and reporting control issues with transparency


Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s/University degree
• In-depth specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analysing and/or evaluating processes and data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to identify policy gaps
