Job summary:
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from new and existing sources and ensure customer-oriented visualization for the DACH region
• Support the further development and execution of a reporting dashboard for the implementation of strategies, goals, and business processes
• Create HR key figures for the annual corporate reports
• Support the implementation of reporting standards, policies, and HR systems
• Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
• Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SSC
• Support a cost-efficient set-up, identify, and enforce improvement potential

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and German
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year experience in reporting and analytics
• Analytical mindset
• Enjoying working in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
• Advanced computer skills
