What you will be doing:
• EMEA P&L & Balance Sheet Analytics – variance analysis and commentary consolidation
• Review of EMEA FX Analysis – monthly basis
• Monthly normalisation reporting and review
• Quarterly supplemental reporting - review corporate reporting supplementals prepared by others (operating lease
commitments, PPE / software movements, related party transactions, loan commitments, allowance of doubtful
debts analysis, contract asset rollforward)
• process improvement projects including balance sheet, treasury and fixed asset reporting and governance
• Support the BPO as needed on all reporting deliverables (including monthly & quarterly US requirements plus
balance sheet reconciliation progress, open item resolution, item matching, risk & opportunities monitoring, bank
open item reduction and reconciliation deep dives)
• Communicate reporting deliverables on a timely basis and proactively take steps to minimise errors and re-work
• Collaborate with and support the EMEA Operations Controller and BPO in agreeing operational close deadlines so
that all reporting deadlines will be met
• Provide support to Global Finance, the EMEA Reporting Manager and process owners in the
implementation/upgrade of new systems, technical accounting standards and process changes especially those
impacting both Internal and external reporting
• Provide support for organizational change initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management reporting
changes, internal organisational)


Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience at an international level
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA Qualified or local equivalent
• HFM system experience is an advantage
• Group consolidation experience
• Exposure and working with U.S GAAP
• Critical thinker & problem solver
• Demonstrate building and maintaining trusting relationships
• Excellent communication and prioritizing skills
