Regular tasks:
• Undertake financial modelling on client projects for internal teams. This will include conducting
various types of analysis (e.g. discounted cashflow, P&L, NPV analysis). The modelling will
support real-estate transactions and occupier business decisions
• Lead on the financial modelling needs for occupier teams across the UK (e.g. projects
involving commercial tenants looking at options to relocate). This will include maintaining and
running models, reporting results to internal stakeholders, and engaging with clients
• Undertake scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, as required by clients
• Liaise with internal and external clients to develop an understanding of their needs and
requirements, and to demonstrate our financial modelling capabilities
• Join client calls with our client’s teams to clarify financial modelling methods and results with
clients
• Assist with the development and testing of new financial model templates. The role does NOT
require you to independently build financial models from scratch though
• Contribute ideas to improving our existing models and ways to embed them with greater
analytical functions
• Participate in regular internal meetings / calls on innovation
• Assist the wider UK Strategy unit on innovation projects as capacity, ability and requirements
allow

• Previous experience in developing and maintaining complex models is an advantage.

• Ability to communicate complex modelling concepts in a simple, understandable way.
