Job Summary:
• Generate pipeline of new candidates across the entire organization from Sales, Services, Supply Chain, Back office, Marketing, etc.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the role and ideal profile.
• Screens resumes and phone screen potential candidates.
• Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates while building a pipeline
of candidates.
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal business partners and external vendors to ensure
timely achievement of all staffing goals.
• Refine process to utilize latest trends in sourcing and screening.
• Support recruitment specialists in administrative tasks.
• Coordinates the different steps of the recruitment process with the stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• 1-2 years of sourcing experience within a recruiting agency or corporate environment is a strong asset
• High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interact/communicate with all levels of an organization as well as stakeholders with diverse cultural
background
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
