Job summary:
• Active participation in SAP implementation
• Refresh weekly Hungarian descriptions for all new items for the export customs
• Maintain prefix and suffix connections monthly
• Management of 1 person (Database Administrator)
• Supervise the set-up of data management rules:
o Source flows per item
o Safety stock
o Batch sizes
o Lead time
o Prefix/Suffix connections
• Define and manage the life cycle of the products (from new to normal, from normal to cancelled) depending on the forecast creation date
• Control the application of item management rules for the HUB scope in terms of:
o General settings
o Customs code
o Marketing parameters
o Lead times
o Life statuses
o Minimum order quantity

Key requirements:
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• 3+ years’ experience in the Logistics field (Master data)
• Experience in ERP System - SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability, reactivity, dynamism
