 Our prestigious multinational partner company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role will provide logistical and operational support to the recruiters to coordinate key phases of a candidate’s life cycle.

Job summary:
• Support recruiters in candidate development & life cycle
• Post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed)
• Assist in researching new avenues to attract and identify top talent
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate their travel
• Prepare offer letters
• Resolve issues in Workday, Broadbean, etc.
• Generate reports and track metrics related to hiring
• Interface with external vendors
• Invoice processing and reconcile recruiting expenses
• Build strong relationships and partnerships across broader HR functions

Requirements:
• BSC/MSC degree required
• 0-2 years of experience working in HR Services and/or previous recruiting experience
• English language advanced (German, French, Italian, Polish knowledge is a plus)
• Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
• Strong MS Office , excel and PowerPoint skills
• Technology savvy including social media and process mapping
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment, ideally working to SLAs
