We are looking for
Service Desk Analysts

Which does NOT require IT related experience

Only requires German or French fluent language knowledge!

Your role would be:

· 1st level IT support via phone or email for international clients (internet issues, password changing, time-zone setup, easier IT related problems)
· Cooperating with the other associates within the company
· General administrative tasks

We are looking for YOU, if you have:

· At least a high school degree, you can be a FRESH GRADUATE
· Fluent English AND German OR French knowledge
· Openness for this field, motivation to learn new skillsets
· If you have excellent communication skills
