 Global real estate company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor.

Your tasks will be as a Senior HR Advisor:


• Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
• Maintain life-cycle process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding
• Focus on complex tasks / projects
• Advise on Tier 2 escalations
• Support the training and development of HR advisors in the team.
• Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
• Coordinate with local Payroll to ensure correct payroll processing
• Carry out People Services activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements
• Monitor and maintain inbound queries to HR through the appropriate work intake system

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
• Fluency in German and English, both oral and written
• Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office
