Onboarding and Training Consultant (Finance area)

Job Summary:
• Comply with all internal processes and service quality controls
• Delivering the contracted service level
• Deliver process and basic user training covering system functionalities
• Develop and maintain training materials
• Ensure all appropriate documentation is developed and in place to support training efforts (e.g. one pagers, handouts)
• Ensure that relevant teams are appropriately trained on new or amended processes
• Support new client on-boarding to ensure sufficient training is in place including support post go live stabilization
• Support deploying and training teams
• Work closely with technical teams to learn any new technical platform built to deliver processes
• Monitor new joiners’ performance together with team leaders during probation period
• Provide refreshing and knowledge deepening trainings
• Monitor and manage Team members’ talent pool regarding experience, skill set, performance and internal career path
• Managing and taking part in the training of the new joiners

Requirements:
• BSC/MSC degree required
• 4 years finance (preferably accounts payables and/or accounts receivables) or real estate operation experience in international environment is required
• Professional English language advanced in line with specification area
• Excellent IT literacy and advanced MS Office
• Client technology platform SME
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Trainer experience is an advantage
