What you will be doing:
Drive the entire HR lifecycle in the assigned organization, and work with external payroll provider
Be a strategic partner and principal advisor for human capital matters to the leadership of our businesses.
Build relationships with the business leaders and employees
Support the talent management, drive the performance management process
Advise on process improvement strategies
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
Advanced English knowledge
Experience in organizational development, change management, employee relations and leadership development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of labor law
Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the Company professionally
