Job summary:
• Manage customer requests/enquiries received by telephone, e-mail or online. Ensure requests are fully understood and key information provided
• Follow defined procedures to provide first line troubleshooting service to help resolve customer requests
• Dispatch work orders to Regional Facilities management team, nominated suppliers or landlord based on defined business rules and manage workflow through to request completion
• Where work exceeds defined cost parameters, review options with appropriate Regional Facilities manager, obtain supplier quotes, manage approval process and raise purchase order requests as required
• Assisting colleagues with numbers, putting them through to other offices and overseas numbers
• Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately
• Understand and strictly adhere to the company’s procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety
• Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the business

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative within a small team
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Team player, flexible person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Polite and confident telephone manner
• Fluent English and intermediate German
