Our multinational client is looking for a Functional Analyst colleague
What you will be doing:
- participate in the complete lifecycle of IAM solution delivery from concept and design to implementation, testing, rollout and support
- be the bridge between the business opportunities and the technology solutions
- work closely with the client teams gathering business requirements, performing the functional design and transforming it into functional requirements for the targeted technology
- translate business requirements into functional design documents and functional specifications for the solutions to be implemented
- ensure the quality and timeliness of the requirements gathering
- evaluate and prioritize requirements for validation testing
- communicate requirements in a manner that allows for efficient and effective validation outputs
- work independently in an international team
- have occasional business trips to client site (abroad)
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
- 5 years of direct experience with functional analysis and technology solution validation
- strong background in business process analysis, requirements engineering, and process design modeling
- vendor side experience in the complete lifecycle of at least 3 business client facing software implementation projects
- solid experience in international projects using English as a working language (both oral and written)
- preferably (but not necessarily) experience with OneIdentity (or any similar) IAM products
- excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present complex design concepts into clear and concise requirements to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- experience in creating functional specification documents in IT projects
- capability and desire to learn and improve
- preference for teamwork, good time management, effective and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills
- self-motivated, resourceful, and able to meet responsibilities with minimal direct supervision
- Experience implementing website optimization/testing code using Adobe Target or equivalent is desired
- Experience to drive data integrations across multiple tools, platforms and capabilities
