What you will be doing:
• Provide decision support to finance business partners and cost center owners on OPEX spend
• Perform analysis of cost center spending (HC and non-HC related) including reporting and commentary
• Business partner with HR for HC information including compensation, benefits and hiring information (open rqs, onboarding timing, attrition, etc.)
• Track expenses including purchase requests and purchase orders check and approval
• Approve of job requisitions in Workday and perform headcount reconciliation in finance planning tool
• Track expenses including PR/PO/non-PO check and approval
• Prepare plan and outlook of cost center spend
• Support the review with functional leaders for budget/Forecast/Actual bridge and highlight risk & opportunity
• Business partner with accounting for accruals
• Perform ad-hoc based requests to help uncover additional financial risks or opportunities

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and
• 3-5 years of work experience preferably in reporting, accounting, planning and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in working in a multinational environment managing stakeholders
• Effective interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and can work with voluminous data, strong Microsoft Excel skills
