Our multinational partner company is looking for a Senior Reporting Specialist colleague for their growing team.

The ideal candidate should have about 3-5 years of reporting/controlling experience in a multinational environment, and fluent English knowledge.

Your tasks will be as a Senior Reporting Specialist:

  • Take an active role in the monthly financial closing process
  • Acting as a mentor of a junior colleague
  • Oversee and uphold the regular execution of accounting and controlling activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect reporting needs and convert them into actionable technical requirements
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data used in reporting and analytics.
  • Support the Head of Finance in refining internal approval protocols and document workflows to ensure strong cost management
  • Conduct financial analysis on cash flow, expenditures, and financial statements to provide insights and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline reporting processes, minimizing manual efforts and enhancing productivity
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting cycles, including the preparation of ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry regulations within your area of responsibility
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, regulatory updates, and innovations in finance and accounting practices
  • Manage VAT calculations and related reporting obligations

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc Degree in Economics
  • At least 3 years finance experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and self-motivated attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
