Our multinational client is looking for a Vendor Manager colleague.

What you will be doing:
• Vendor Management – Ensure contractor compliance with all the contractual requirements and elements
• Monitoring the performance of the vendors and assure the compliance to the contract
• Ensure the execution of the vendor’s payment on monthly basis
• Track payment of the installation vendor
• Coordinate introduction of new products with partners
• Act as an interface with partner for all matters: technical, process, systems, financial
• Procurement – Actively participate with the Sourcing team and the Country in selection process (RFP/RFQ) of EMEA installation vendors
• Negotiating pricing and measurement targets with vendor
• Coordinating contract elaboration and ensure the correct on boarding/ off boarding as break-fix and/or installation vendor
• Interviewing and selection the potential candidates
• Follow up, monitor, assure the realization of the actions

• 5 years professional experience
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Project management and negotiation skills
• Experience in Service companies and service delivery organization
• Experience in purchasing and vendor management
