A German multinational company is looking for a Transition Consultant colleague.

Your tasks will be as a Transition Consultant:

• Participate actively in HR transition and other projects and further development of HR structures, processes and systems
• Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities
• Collaborate with HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks, Change Request Management, Tier3 escalations, Access and Role Management, System testing and Knowledge Management related activities
• Investigate and deploy connection between systems and processes
• Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE
• Document business requirements in user stories and align with relevant IT and business stakeholders for SF EC, HR ServiceNow and OpenText
• Create and update system and process documentation
• Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
• Leading a group of experts on Recruiting, People Management Services and Administration strategy to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
• Be a hands-on collaboration partner with various HR functions and with the business as a competent contact on all HR administrative topics
• Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the region
• Be the human leader that your team looks up to by managing, coaching, motivating and developing every team member
• Take responsibility for allocating respective resources, ensuring that all services are fully covered in time and managing performance/efficiency targets
• Monitor service/operational level agreements and other KPI’s and align on appropriate actions if figures are not met

Nice to have:

Fluency in English and French/Spanish
• Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR Management
• > 5 years of profound experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
• Experience in HR projects (HR transition and / or HR system implementation)
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SF EC, ServiceNow and OpenText beneficial
