What you will be doing:

• Sourcing and screening the top candidates from different platforms for several positions (mainly Multilingual Customer Service, Finance roles)
• Scheduling interviews
• Keeping the internal sourcing tracker up to date
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives
• Cooperating with other recruiters and the HR team within the company

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• Excellent communication skills in English, since you need to screen the candidates’ English knowledge as well
• 1 years of experience in similar role (sourcing + screening)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proactivity, positive mindset
• Nice to have: Knowledge of different sourcing platforms and sourcing methods
