What you will be doing:
• Educate Sales team and customers about the services approach, methodology, and make specific recommendations to represent what is the best operational approach and how it impacts cost
• Works with Sales and Professional Services to document and analyze current customer operations to develop the MPS solution
• Validates with the Assessment Consultant the risk inherent in the future state solution
• Develop all the various service costs required to deliver the specified solution for each engagement via defined global standard costing tool
• Provides the input to the business case model to the Pricing Team via standard defined tool for pricing.
• Interface with Pricing Team to ensure they have appropriately allocated costs and have developed pricing structure
• Leads Solution Review Meeting prior to costing and pricing being developed for the proposal as outlined
• Generate Request for Proposal (RFP) content as necessary to support RFPs. Maintain a standard set of content for use in RFP responses.
• Actively participates in contract negotiation team, evaluating operations risk and approves changes to the business model.
• Participates in the presentation of solution elements to customers on an as-needed basis.

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Experience required in face to face interaction with Customers in an Operations/Service Delivery role; handling issue resolution, proposal discussions, general service delivery concerns, etc
• 5+ years’ experience in an operations management role
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions
• Experience managing direct reports or multi-disciplined teams
• Significant experience and demonstrated ability to interact and present to clients, including executive level
• Demonstrated financial skills, ability to develop costs and understand financials / business case
• Contracts knowledge; demonstrated experience writing SOWs
