Job summary:
• Lead all Change Request Management activities for entire HR Service system landscape (Success Factors, OpenText, ServiceNow) including the submission, follow-up, and implementation of defined change requests
• Document business requirements in user stories and align with relevant IT and business stakeholders for SFEC, HR Snow, OT
• Liaise with the IT organization in handling questions and solve Tier3 escalations as Lead Key User for defined HR systems
• Lead all Access Management activities by providing access and solving access related issues - for HR and HR end-users for HR SNOW and OT
• Lead all Role assignment and solving role related issues - for HR and end users - HR Snow, OT
• Perform tasks for Assignment group assignment and solving assignment group related issues - for HR and end users
• Be the contact point for HR SCE Audit for HR Snow, OT
• Drive System and process improvements
• Train new employees and existing employees in usage of IT tools and build up local key user community.
• Perform Testing coordination tasks following new SCE related releases, changes and extensions to new geographic markets and document accordingly and write test cases

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (German knowledge is a plus)
• Completed studies in business administration, IT or comparable degree
• 5 years of profound experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
• Proven business process management and Tier3 experience, preferably at a shared service environment experience in various HR systems including ticketing (SNOW) and/or document management tools (Opentext)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into business requirements
• Good negotiation skills, excellent communicator and networker
• A continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of process, system and their connection
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
