 Global real estate company is looking for a Billing Administrator. The main purpose of the role is ensure that all services are invoiced on time and correctly.

Your tasks will be as a Billing Administrator:
• Receive and review invoice requests through the forecasting system from account leads, team coordinators
• Ensure all the information is in place to enable invoicing before the deadlines (Intercompany Agreements, new entity or address set-ups and supporting documentation)
• Create invoices and credit notes
• Provide information to AP team about supplier invoices
• Support vendor set-ups related to customer invoices
• Submit accrual requests
• Manage customer queries about billing
• Provide administrative support related to billing for the service lines

Nice to have:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Excel
