What you will be doing:
• Reviews RFPs, or other proposal-related projects, to understand and note project goals, customer requirements, preparation and submission instructions, qualitative questionnaire(s), forms and appendices/addenda, and communicates findings and observations with the sales teams
• Initiates the creation of a proposal project plan and coordinates with sales leads on the development of response timelines; identifies the key members required to respond to a client proposal
• Maintains master document, solicits material from sales team, and sends drafts out to the sales team from time to time until completion (managing version control)
• Works with sales and operational teams to develop individualized plans
• Manages the end-to-end workflow of local content management
• Builds, creates and/or uploads local content in the database.
• Reviews coordinator submissions from completed proposals to approve pieces that can be uploaded to the database.
• Reviews local content available in the database to ensure everything is updated.
• Manages all the local administrative tasks related to the database
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, relevant experience in copyediting, graphic design/layout/art direction and technical/business writing
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent time management, project management, communication, and coordination skills
• Should have a very keen eye for detail and must be very proactive, resourceful and possess a strong sense of ownership of assigned projects and the entire proposal process
